			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So a bar down the street is charging $10 cover for entry during the Superbowl. The bar does not pay the cable provider for each person. Clearly this bar needs to be shut down for illegally rebroadcasting for commercial purposes to their own customers as copyright infringement; just like the <a href="http://www.wired.com/threatlevel/2012/02/sports-domains-seized/">307 domain names siezed</a> for unauthorized live streaming.</p>
